"Logout" by gameisalreadyset is a multidisciplinary performance that delves into the enduring power dynamics between colonizing and colonized nations. Set within a repurposed Nazi-era bunker in Berlin, the piece utilizes the space's circular structure to guide the audience through five immersive chapters. Each segment confronts themes of human cruelty and systemic oppression, blending choreography, installation art, sound, and media. Originally intended as a live performance, "Logout" was adapted into a video format due to the COVID-19 lockdowns, later premiering in 2021 as a hybrid installation combining performance and screening. The work invites viewers to reflect on the cyclical nature of history and the constructed realities that shape our world.
